Mayank Lavania

Mayank Lavania has worked for a variety of companies since 2004. Mayank began their career as a Trainee at Packetware India Pvt Ltd, where they acquired knowledge about the teleprocess software. In 2006, they became an Internee at Ortel Communications Ltd, where they analyzed the practical aspects of satellite communication and distribution of television channels to residences. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Strategic Consultant at GK Builders, handling the mergers and generating yearly financial reports, as well as strategizing long-term business directions and operational plans. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Owner of Shanti Constructions. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Director of Shri Balaji Polyflex Private Limited, dealing in polystaple fibre, both virgin and recycled, mainly in South India. Currently, they are the Vice President- Retail tech at DroptheQ.

Mayank Lavania's education history includes a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from ICFAI University between 2002 and 2006, an MBA in Strategic Management, Management Consulting, Financial Management, and Organizational Behaviour from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd between 2006 and 2008, and a course in Project Management from Cardiff Centre for Life Long Learning in 2009. Prior to this, they attended Amity International School between 1998 and 2001.
