David C. Falk

Inquisitive about the world, David has visited dozens of countries experiencing life among its most diverse people and cultures. An early adopter of all things technical, David is a staunch advocate of using technology to smartly create operating efficiencies and expense savings, while being ever mindful we are in the "people" business. A self-proclaimed emerging technology and gadget guy, David drives a Tesla, or it drives him, something he started long before "car charging station" was part of the modern-day vernacular.

A graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in finance, David Falk began his full-time career with Drucker + Falk in Newport News, Virginia, learning the business by working in myriad departments within the firm. He later moved to Raleigh where he worked in the Development Division, designing, planning, financing, and stabilizing apartment communities. Currently serving as Managing Director, David’s main focus is due diligence, finance, equity partnerships, development, syndication, and brokering multifamily investments.
