Briana Allen

Briana Allen currently serves as a School Based Behavior Health Counselor and Prevention Counselor at Drug Abuse Treatment Association, Inc., since February 2022, where responsibilities include providing individual counseling, conducting classroom instruction using the Project SUCCESS intervention, and conducting outreach services. Prior to this role, Briana was an ELA Teacher at South Tech Charter Academy Inc. from September 2020 to February 2022, where lesson plans were developed to align with state standards and teaching methods were tailored to individual student needs. Briana also gained experience as a Graduation Coach with AmeriCorps, mentoring over 100 students in preparation for college entrance exams, as well as working as a Peer Counselor at Palm Beach State College. Briana holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University.
