Andrew Bond

Andrew Bond has extensive experience in the field of underwater systems and acoustic engineering. Currently serving as Chief Technical Authority and Underwater Systems Technical Leader at Drumgrange Ltd since March 2022, Andrew previously held various roles at Thales from November 2007 to March 2022, including Hardware Architect, Thales Expert, and Signatures Technical Specialist, focusing on electromagnetic and acoustic signature management for naval vessels. Prior to this, Andrew worked as an Acoustic Engineer at Thales UK, leading customer-funded research projects and managing product development. Andrew started the career as a Vibration Lead Engineer at Aircraft Carrier Alliance and initially served as an Acoustic Engineer at Thales Underwater Systems Ltd. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Southampton.
