Genil Washington

Genil Washington is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and workforce development, currently serving on the Advisory Board of Talent Collective and as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Druva since April 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Coupa Software, Medallia, Stanford Health Care, and CommonSpirit Health, where significant contributions were made in enhancing talent operations and programs.
