Vaibhav Paratwar

Vaibhav Paratwar is an experienced professional with a strong background in agile methodologies and software quality management. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Druva since October 2022, Vaibhav has previously held the position of Scrum Master at Seagate Technology from April 2016 to October 2022, overseeing development teams for platform-agnostic object storage software. Before that, Vaibhav worked at Whirlpool of India Ltd. in various roles, including Test Lead for IoT platforms and Team Lead for software quality control in the food preparation category. Vaibhav began the career as a Senior Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies and later as an Integration Team Lead at Embedded Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include a BE in Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Embedded System Design from C-DAC Hyderabad, and foundational education from Bharatiya Vidya Mandir and Adarsh College.
