Alex Reinstein

Alex Reinstein, CTP, serves as the Global Co-Head of Treasury and Emissions/Carbon Trading Lead at DRW since July 2011, previously holding the position of Global Treasury Analyst. Responsibilities include managing portfolio finance, optimizing balance sheets and working capital, conducting liquidity stress testing, and overseeing counterparty relationships. Alex has also contributed to educational initiatives as a Trading 101 Instructor and participated on the 401(k) Committee. Prior experience includes roles as an Interest Rates Trading Analyst at Galileo Group, Inc. and as a Summer Market Research Intern in the medical devices sector. Early internships include work at Duke University Medical Center in emergency medicine research and a research fellowship in the Pratt School of Engineering's Izatt Biophotonics Group. Alex holds a Master of Engineering Management with a focus on Financial Engineering and a BSE in Biomedical Engineering, both from Duke University.
