Aljoscha Hoitz

Aljoscha Hoitz is a Chemieingenieur F&E at Chemische Fabrik Dr. Weigert GmbH & Co. KG since October 2019, specializing in the development of new cleaning agents for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Key responsibilities include the development of cleaning products, material compatibility testing, cleaning tests, product maintenance, formulation responsibility, and technical documentation. Previously, Aljoscha Hoitz completed a two-year trainee program across various departments including Research & Development, Application Technology, Microbiology Lab, Quality Assurance, and Marketing. Aljoscha Hoitz also conducted a master's thesis on the degradation behavior of Octenidine Dihydrochloride at Schülke & Mayr and worked as a student assistant performing mass spectrum analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Technische Biochemie and a Bachelor of Science in Chemie- und Umwelttechnik from Technische Hochschule Lübeck, as well as completion of Fachhochschulreife from Fachoberschule G 17 Hamburg and an apprenticeship as an Anlagenmechaniker at EON Hanse.
