Michael Girdley

Michael Girdley serves as Chairman and CEO of Girdley Enterprises, Inc., overseeing a diverse portfolio that spans software, real estate, and online media through incubation and acquisition strategies. Girdley is also Chairman and Cofounder of Scalepath, a CEO peer network, and a Board Member of Sea Machines Robotics, representing the Geekdom Fund. As Chairman of CyberFortress, Girdley leads one of San Antonio's largest private technology firms focused on cybersecurity solutions. Additionally, Girdley is Chairman and Cofounder of Dura Software, specializing in hyper-niche software, and a Partner at Dry Line Partners, a private equity firm. Girdley co-founded the Geekdom Fund, which supports early-stage tech startups, and also serves as Board Chair and Cofounder of HireWithNear, a talent acquisition platform. Girdley's extensive career includes serving as Chair of the Board for Alamo Fireworks, Inc., and a voluntary role as Brand Evangelist for Chili's. Girdley holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Science from Lafayette College.
