Vijay Pansare is a seasoned professional in the engineering and project management sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager - Tendering (EPC - Commercial) at Drydocks World in Dubai since September 2023. With over 18 years of experience, Vijay has held various senior management roles at Petrofac, focusing on proposals for offshore wind and oil & gas projects, successfully leading complex bids for major clients such as RWE and Northland Power International. Prior experience includes significant positions at McDermott Middle East, where complex EPCI proposals were managed, as well as roles in cost engineering and project estimation across multiple organizations. Vijay holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School, alongside professional certifications and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Shivaji University.
