Linn Byström

Linn Byström has extensive work experience in various leadership and HR roles. From June 2020 to May 2021, they worked at Dryft Sverige as the Chief People & Culture Officer & Co-Owner, responsible for managing the organization's people and culture. Prior to that, from September 2017 to March 2020, they served as the Head of HR at Epidemic Sound. At We Select, Linn held multiple positions from November 2013 to August 2017, including Head of Clients & External Projects and Senior Recruiter. Linn also worked as a Recruiter at We Select from November 2013 to February 2016. In their earlier career, Linn was a Butikschef at Deli de Luca Norge AS from 2008 to 2010.

Linn Byström attended Linköping University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science.
