Laura Delgado Díaz is a Sustainability Project Manager at Drylock Technologies since June 2023, focusing on supporting the R&D department with sustainability and regulatory initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Rogers Corporation as an Industrial & Business Engineer and QA Engineer, where Laura contributed to product research and development and supplier validation processes. At TREMEC, Laura served as an APQP Process Development Engineer, developing procedures for global product development and coordinating cross-functional teams, and previously managed mechanical tests as a Test Engineer. Laura's career began as an Industrial Engineer at ACE ingenieurs- & adviesbureau and included a teaching role at Full Marks nv and an internship at Idom Consulting focusing on GIS software development. Laura holds a Master in Business Engineering from Ghent University and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
