Jason Donnaloia

Jason Donnaloia is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at DS Smith since December 2019, Jason provides HR leadership across 14 production sites in the UK. Prior to this role, Jason held key positions at Coca-Cola European Partners, including Head of Talent Management Projects, where leadership of European talent initiatives post-merger was a highlight. Jason's career began at Unilever as an HR Officer, and also includes significant contributions at Allied Bakeries and Coca-Cola Enterprises, where Jason implemented strategies that improved talent acquisition efficiency and supported collective labor relations. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from De Montfort University.
