Yanet Byrom

Yanet Byrom has extensive work experience in various roles related to training and development. Yanet currently serves as the Sr. Director of Sales Training at DSI since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Sales Training at the same company starting from 2020. Before joining DSI, they worked as an Operations Training Manager at DSI from 2018 to 2020, and as a Training Manager from 2018 to 2019.

Furthermore, Yanet Byrom worked as a Training and Marketing Manager at UTSA Small Business Development Center from 2006 to 2015. Yanet also has experience as a Staff Development Manager at The Center for Health Care Services from 2002 to 2005, and at Tropical Texas Center for Mental Health from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they served as a Part-Time Instructor at The University of Texas - Pan American (now UTRGV) from 1996 to 1998.

Yanet Byrom completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication at The University of Texas-Pan American from 1991 to 1995. Yanet further pursued their education at the same institution from 1995 to 1998 and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communication and Training.
