Hristina Stoyanova

Hristina Stoyanova is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various roles in human resources. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at DSK Bank since July 2023, Hristina previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Trading 212, where the focus was on the design and implementation of HR processes and organizational strategies, as well as comprehensive recruitment management. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Specialist at Deloitte Bulgaria, where Hristina dealt with performance reviews, project management, and training initiatives, along with contributions to HR policy development. Additionally, Hristina held HR positions at MDL Ltd. and the National Social Security Institute, gaining expertise in payroll, personnel records management, and compensation processes.
