Joshua Richard

Joshua Richard is an experienced project manager with a strong background in engineering and operations. Currently at DSLD Homes since August 2020, Joshua has held the positions of project manager, superintendent, and assistant superintendent. Prior to this, experience at Halliburton from January 2017 to August 2020 involved roles as senior field engineer, field engineer, and associate field engineer, focusing on problem-solving and client solutions at well sites. Earlier experience includes serving as a shift supervisor at M. A. Patout Sugar Mill in 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing the sugar production process, and as an HVAC technician at Pat's Heating & Cooling from 2010 to 2016, which involved customer interaction and troubleshooting electrical systems. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, obtained in 2016.
