Brandon Guffey

Brandon Guffey is a dedicated manufacturing professional with extensive experience in thermoplastic polyurethane and silicone hydrogel manufacturing at dsm-firmenich, where Brandon currently serves as Manufacturing Manager. Previously, as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Brandon achieved significant cost savings through scrap reduction and process optimization. At Americhem Inc., Brandon led process engineering efforts, implemented capital projects, and enhanced plant capacity by optimizing various polymer processes. Prior roles at Ascend Performance Materials included Production Manager, overseeing multiple production units and leading large teams, as well as positions in engineering that focused on yield optimization, safety, and efficiency improvements. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
