Ipek Ozsuer

Ipek Ozsuer currently serves as the Chief Digital and Information Officer at dsm-firmenich since May 2023 and is a Non-Executive Director at Azelis since June 2021. Previous roles include Chief Digital Officer at DSM from April 2022 to May 2023 and Senior Vice President, CIO and Head of Digital Transformation at Bayer from November 2015 to April 2022. Ipek also held various leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from August 2003 to October 2015, overseeing Analytics & Data Management and Applications and Business Services across Europe. The early career at Procter & Gamble included systems management and analysis roles within the Information Technology Department. Ipek holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University and attended an executive program at IMD in 2017.
