Joycelyn Chua is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and business planning. Currently serving as Associate Director at dsm-firmenich since October 2018, Joycelyn has a proven track record in managing customer relations and operations. Prior roles include Senior Customer Experience & Business Planning Manager at dsm-firmenich, Account Manager for APAC at InnerWorkings, and Operation and Project Manager for Southeast Asia at Perigord. Joycelyn's career also includes key positions in business development and customer service at ModusLink Pte Ltd, Roechling Engineering Plastics Pte Ltd, and STATS ChipPAC Ltd. Joycelyn holds a Double Degree in Business Management & Marketing from Murdoch University and an Engineer's Degree in Quality Assurance Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
