Ramon Legeren Alvarez

Ramon Legeren Alvarez has extensive work experience in finance and business transformation. Ramon currently holds the position of VP Finance & Business Transformation at DSM-Firmenich since 2023. Prior to this, they had a successful career at DSM, where they served as the Head of Group FP&A and Controller Global Products & Supply Chain from 2016 to 2023. Ramon also held the role of Divisional CFO, Animal Nutrition & Health, responsible for the financial strategy and execution of the business unit, from 2016 to 2020. Before DSM, Ramon worked at TE Connectivity, where they served in various finance roles, such as Regional Controller, Latin America, Director Finance, Commercial Controller, and Manager Finance. Ramon also gained experience at Tyco as an FP&A Manager and Assistant Controller. Ramon started their career at El Partal S.A.U. as a Junior Controller. Overall, Ramon has a strong background in finance and has held significant leadership positions throughout their career.

Ramon Legeren Alvarez completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the Universidad de Granada from 1999 to 2004. In 2002 and 2003, they attended the University of Mannheim, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. In 2016, they participated in the Executive Education program at Boston University, focusing on Business Administration and Management. More recently, in 2020, they completed the Deloitte CFO Academy.
