Sharon Labbate

Sharon Labbate has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Sharon is currently working at dsm-firmenich as the Global Head of HR, Taste, Texture & Health. Before that, they spent several years at Firmenich, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Global Taste & Beyond Division and Global Talent, as well as Vice President of Human Resources for the Global Flavors Division & Latin America. Prior to their time at Firmenich, Labbate worked at Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc., where they served as the Franchise Director and Change Strategy leader for the North America Region. Sharon also worked at Cordis Corporation and Biosense Webster, Inc. as the Global Learning and Development Director, and at Cordis Corporation as the Worldwide Human Resources Director for Global Operations, Quality, Regulatory & Compliance. Labbate's earlier experience includes roles at PeopleSoft Usa Inc. and Booz & Company as a Field Director and Human Resources Manager, respectively. Overall, Labbate has a vast range of experience in HR leadership, talent management, employee engagement, change leadership, and business partnering.

Sharon Labbate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from Hofstra University. Sharon also completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
