Wouter Touw

Wouter Touw is a Senior Scientist currently at dsm-firmenich since May 2023, with prior experience at DSM from November 2017 to November 2023 as a Senior Scientist and Scientist, specializing in leading global data analytics teams and developing innovative data science solutions in R&D and Manufacturing Operations. Wouter also served as a Senior Associate Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow at The Netherlands Cancer Institute from April 2016 to November 2017, and as a PhD Student at the Centre for Molecular and Biomolecular Informatics from November 2012 to March 2016, focusing on enhancing protein structure models through bioinformatics and data science. Wouter holds a PhD in Computational Structural Biology and a Master of Science in Molecular Life Sciences from Radboud University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Life Sciences and high school education with a science profile.
