Dana Troxel has worked in the audio DSP engineering field since 1990. Dana began their career as an R&D Engineer at Active Noise and Vibration Technologies, where they designed and implemented real-time, embedded, active noise control algorithms and code for use on a Motorola 56k DSP based signal processing platform. In 1995, they moved to Mark IV Audio as a Firmware Engineer, where they were responsible for the embedded design/implementation and hardware to software integration of a reprogrammable multi-dsp pro-audio processing platform known as Merlin. In 1998, they joined Rane Corporation as a DSP Engineer, where they developed Digital Signal Processing (DSP) audio algorithms used in products today. Dana is currently a Senior Audio DSP Engineer at DSP Concepts.
Dana Troxel attended Brigham Young University from 1984 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Math.
