Myra Formoso, SPHR-CA has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Myra began their career in 1997 as an Analyst for Accenture Technology Solutions. In 1999, they moved to GetThere.com / Sabre Corporation as a Project Manager. In 2003, they transitioned to IKEA as an HR Learning & Devt / Generalist. In 2008, they joined NeuStar, Inc. as an HR Business Partner. In 2011, they held the role of HR Director at DeviceAnywhere and Human Resources Manager at Keynote Systems. From 2013 to 2017, Formoso was a Human Resources Manager at Designing Benefits. Finally, they joined OneDigital Health and Benefits as an HR Advisor in 2017 and is currently the Human Resources Manager at DSP Concepts, Inc.

Myra Formoso holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Additionally, they have obtained the SPHR-SCP certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December of 2009.
