Gerry Cain

Gerry Cain is a highly experienced leader in the fields of digital signal processing and engineering, currently serving as Director at both DSP Creations Limited and Signalytics since 2001, where expertise is provided in MATLAB-based design software and industry training. Previously, Gerry held the position of Manager for DSP and Communications at The MathWorks Limited from 1999 to 2001, overseeing consultancy projects and product development. At the University of Westminster, from 1970 to 1998, Gerry led the School of Electronic & Manufacturing Systems Engineering and was also a Professor of Digital Signal Processing. Earlier career roles include Research Engineer at Teledyne Brown Engineering and Engineer at Sandia National Laboratories. Gerry holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, an MSEE from The University of New Mexico, and a BSEE with honors from Auburn University.
