Cherine Chart has worked in various roles since 2007. Cherine began their career as an Intern in the Multilateral Relations Department at the League of Arab States. Cherine then moved to the American Institutes for Research in 2009, where they held the role of Communication Coordinator for the Education Reform Program (USAID). In 2011, they became a Program Coordinator for the EMBA Program (USAID/Alexandria University) at USAID. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Professor of International Markets at Alexandria University, and a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist for the Education Support Program (USAID) at the American Institutes for Research. In 2016, they worked as both a Club Manager and Project Manager at Wadi Degla Investments (K) Limited. Since 2015, they have been a Manager at the St. Therese Development and Rehabilitation Center, a charitable rehabilitation center for physically and sexually abused children in Naivasha, Kenya, founded by Canadian Hearts and Hands in Toronto, Canada. Most recently, they have been an Account Manager at Dsquares since 2022.

Cherine Chart has an education history that includes four institutions. Cherine received their Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Sciences Po in 2009. Cherine obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University in 2008. Prior to that, they attended Girard French School, Alexandria - Egypt, where they graduated from high school in 2004. Cherine began their education at Lycée Français de Bahrain in 1990.
