Sara Deskar-Warren

Sara Deskar-Warren is a Community Planner at Eastern Carolina Council since April 2024. Prior to this role, Sara served as a Production Coordinator at DSW from August 2023 to April 2024, focusing on HMGP projects, primarily HMGP elevations. Earlier experience includes positions as Housing Specialist Lead/Appeals Lead and Applicant Services Liaison at the North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency (NCORR) from February 2022 to August 2023.
