Dean Garreffa

Dean Garreffa is the Finance Director for DT Global Asia-Pacific. In this role, he heads up the Corporate and Project Financial Management functions, inclusive of direct oversight of the Corporate & Project Finance Teams, Project Internal Audit, and Tax Compliance.

Dean has 20+ years of experience in the international development world, both in commercial and not for profit sectors. He has a passion for people and stakeholder management and enabling collaborative relationships to be built across the organisation to ensure finance functionality and achievement of critical objectives. Dean’s first job was at Save The Children Australia, and from that point his love for work in this industry has grown and grown. His leadership approach centers upon his coaching, mentoring, and influencing skills, backed by ability to deliver positive financial growth, through innovation, process improvement, and acute financial analysis in complex settings.
