Ben Frost has extensive experience in customer care and operations management, currently serving as the Customer Care Manager for DT One in the APAC region since October 2019, where Ben leads a team supporting products across 160 countries. Previously, Ben held leadership positions at Invigor Group and CrescoData, focusing on customer operations and sales across Asia and the APAC region, respectively. Ben's career also includes significant roles at Telstra, where incident management strategies were developed and implemented to enhance customer advocacy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Computing from Monash University and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from RMIT, alongside technical training in Electronics.
