Dima Radchanka

Dima Radchanka has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Dima is currently the Head of Solutions Delivery - APAC at DT One. Prior to this, Dima worked at EPAM Systems where they held several positions including Portfolio Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Program Delivery Manager, Development Team Lead, and Delivery Manager. In these roles, they successfully managed and delivered projects for multinational corporations, sports betting companies, investment banks, and media & publishing companies. Dima has demonstrated skills in team leadership, project management, software development, and system integration.

Dima Radchanka obtained a Specialist degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Belarusian State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they received a High School Diploma in Physics and Mathematics from Mahilyow State Regional Lyceum #3, from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Dima has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Game Theory course and Model Thinking course from Coursera, and Certified SAFe 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc.
