Nilavan Sundaram

Nilavan Sundaram is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in production and process optimization. Currently serving as Manager and Teamleader of Spoke Production at DT Swiss since July 2022, Nilavan has previously held multiple roles at ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse from November 2017 to July 2022, including Lehrlingsausbildner and CAM Programmer. Prior experience includes positions at Roth Décolletage as Einrichter CNC and Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, as well as a leadership role in the Schweizer Armee. Nilavan's educational background includes a Techniker HF in Betriebstechnik from hftm Höhere Fachschule Technik Mittelland and a Fachausweis in Produktionsfachmann BP from Technische Fachschule Bern.
