David Hm Ng

David HM Ng is a skilled legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services and legal sectors. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Manager and MLRO at dtcpay since July 2023, David previously held the position of Compliance Manager at OSL from October 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, David was with BC Technology Group (Stock Code: 863 HK) as a Senior Associate (Legal) and Paralegal from July 2018 to October 2022. David's career also includes roles as Legal Executive at ANX INTERNATIONAL and several internships at various law chambers and the District Court of Hong Kong. Academically, David holds a Master’s Degree in Specialist LLM and a Legal Practice Course qualification from City, University of London, along with a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of Buckingham.
