Craschenda (Cindy) Clark has extensive experience in IT analysis and project management, serving as an IT Senior Business Analyst at DTE Energy since October 2000. In various roles, Cindy has demonstrated expertise in business case development, requirements gathering, and production support across multiple departments, including Gas Operations and Customer Service. Cindy has also led teams in implementing SAP warehouse management systems and the software quality assurance process. Prior to DTE Energy, Cindy worked as a contractor for Analysts International and Sirco Associates, specializing in system development and quality assurance. Educational background includes studies at Lawrence Technological University from 1992 to 1995.
