Jodi L. Frisicaro is vice president and general auditor for DTE Energy. Frisicaro is responsible for the audit of financial and operational controls, contract, IT audits and independent testing of controls related to the company’s compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Frisicaro is also responsible for leading the company’s enterprise risk management group.
Prior to this role, Frisicaro was assistant general auditor for DTE Energy. Prior to that role, she was director in Regulatory Affairs
responsible for regulatory policy development, case strategy and litigation, and relationships with the Michigan Public Service Commission to achieve the company’s financial goals and to fulfill the company’s regulatory obligations. Frisicaro joined DTE in 2008 as a financial audit manager, moving into the Controller’s organization in 2012 and progressing in financial leadership roles in both the Electric and Gas Utilities, as well as LLC roles.
Prior to joining DTE, Frisicaro worked as an auditor at Arthur Andersen and an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She was also an internal audit manager and finance director at Pulte Homes. Frisicaro earned an undergraduate degree in accounting from Baldwin Wallace College in Cleveland, Ohio, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the
University of Michigan. She is a certified public accountant in the state of Ohio.
