Ashish Varma

Ashish Varma has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Ashish has held various roles throughout their career, starting with Optimal Point Software Technology in 2004 as a Software Engineer. In this role, they were involved in the development and integration of stick fonts facility in the BobCAD software.

Varma then joined Tech Mahindra in 2005 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on the design and implementation of the Genesys framework for AT&T-SBC's ERMS. Ashish also performed system testing and troubleshooting, as well as documenting technical designs and specifications.

In 2008, Varma joined Motorola as a Mobile Applications Developer, working on building new applications over the Android platform for mobile devices. Ashish contributed to the design of the Email database and developed stress applications.

Ashish developed and maintained multiple ROR applications supporting HP's Print on Demand Mash Up Efforts. Ashish also worked directly with management to improve products and the development process, and configured Amazon Web Services for the company's website.

Varma's most recent position was at FireEye, Inc., where they held various roles from 2012 to 2020. Starting as a Senior Software Development Engineer, they contributed to the UI design and development of next-generation security appliances. Ashish then moved on to become a Staff Software Engineer, specializing in UI design and development for FireEye's flagship products. Varma's responsibilities included developing UI design for offline update portals and utilizing technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Apache, and Postgres.

In 2020, Varma joined Dtex Systems as a Senior Engineer (Full Stack), where they continue to apply their expertise in software engineering.

Ashish Varma completed their education with a Masters degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they pursued from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Ashish also acquired certifications in "Shaping up with Angular.js" from Code School, although the specific month and year of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
