Noel Gonsalves

Noel Gonsalves is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at DTEX Systems since January 2023. Prior to this role, Noel was an Engineering Leader at Splunk from February 2018 to January 2023, focusing on metering and utilization improvement for various services. Noel's experience also includes serving as Senior Engineering Manager at BlueKai, where responsibilities encompassed people management and fostering a data-driven culture, and as Principal Software Engineer and Development Manager at CA Technologies, leading product goals and team management. Earlier in the career, Noel worked as Principal Member of Technical Staff at Oracle Corporation, where contributions included system integration design, and held software engineering roles at AOL and Sun Microsystems, as well as a business analyst position at Household Credit Services. Noel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
