Matt Dollard

Matt Dollard has extensive work experience in sales operations, business analysis, and project management. Matt is currently the Vice President of Sales Operations at DTiQ. Prior to this, they worked at Universal Robots A/S as the Global CRM Manager and Sales and Service Operations Director, where they were responsible for business applications, systems, and processes. Before that, they worked at Microsoft as a Sales Operations Program Manager and Sales Excellence Manager. At Liberty Mutual Insurance, Matt was a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager, leading a team to track and reach sales operational objectives. Matt also worked at BJ's Wholesale Club as a Business Process Analyst and Project Manager, driving improvement for IT initiatives and programs. Matt started their career at Qualcomm as a Corporate Rotational Analyst, gaining exposure to various departments and project management.

Matt Dollard has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and Operations Management from Boston College. Matt also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Business Analyst from B2T in February 2011.
