André Antunes has a diverse work experience in marketing, customer base management, and insights. André started their career as a trainee at Shell in 2002 and later worked as a partner and marketing manager at Bon Vivant, specializing in event planning for the business segment. André then joined Vodafone in 2006, where they held various roles, including marketing manager for postpaid plans, prepaid plans, and customer retention quality. André also served as the Director of Customer Base Management & Retention of Small and Medium Enterprise Segments at du from 2015 onwards, where they were responsible for customer value management and insights for different market segments. Throughout their career, André has gained expertise in data analysis, segmentation, pricing, and campaign management.
André Antunes has a diverse education history. In 2023, they attended Harvard Business School and completed an Executive Program in Leadership Accelerators. In 2010-2011, they pursued a Master's degree (MSc) in Marketing Management at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management. Prior to that, in 2003-2004, André obtained a Post-Graduation degree in Marketing Management from the same institution. In the period of 1997-2002, they pursued a Licentiate Degree in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics. Lastly, André completed their high school education at Colégio Valsassina from 1985 to 1997, where they focused on Economics. In addition to their formal education, André has obtained certifications including "Building a Digital Business Strategy" from Udemy and the "Harvard Leadership Accelerators Program" from Harvard Business School.
