Halil Baltali

Halil Baltali has extensive work experience in various roles related to digital banking and product management. Halil currently works at du as a Principal Product Manager - Digital Channels. Prior to that, they worked at the National Bank of Kuwait as a Product Manager - Digital Bank. Halil also has experience at Emirates NBD as a Product Manager - Mobile Banking. Additionally, they were a founding team member of UAE's first digital bank, CBD NOW, at the Commercial Bank of Dubai where they served as a Product Owner. Before that, they worked at Garanti BBVA Teknoloji as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst in the digital banking sector. Halil started their career with internships at Yapı Kredi and Turkish Airlines.

Halil Baltali obtained their High School Diploma in Science from Maltepe Military High School in 2009. Halil then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Turkish Air Force Academy from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they enrolled at Kocaeli University and completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering in 2013. Halil also participated in the Erasmus Programme Exchange at Universitatea Politehnica din Timisoara in 2012-2013. Recently, they have been studying for a Master's degree in MBA at Istanbul Bilgi University from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, Halil has obtained several certifications, including Scrum Foundations from Scrum Alliance, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Mobile UX Design & Usability from UXservices.
