Richard Iversen is a Customer Success Manager at Dualog since February 2021, focusing on maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting service adoption. Previously, Richard held the role of Client Solutions Innovation Associate at Sertis for a short term in mid-2019. In addition, Richard was involved with Abakus Student Association from September 2014 to September 2017, where responsibilities included organizing academic events for students in software engineering and communication technology. Earlier experience includes roles as a Project Associate with Technoport, handling investor relations and guest coordination, and as a part-time Web Designer at Andaman Venture Holdings Co., Ltd. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Communication Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), complemented by various educational experiences, including an International Baccalaureate diploma from the British International School Phuket.
