Mike Pastor

Mike Pastor is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management within the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Duarte, Inc. since May 2018, Mike has previously held leadership roles including General Manager at SEA LIFE Carlsbad and several key positions at LEGOLAND California Resort, where responsibilities ranged from head of retail operations to attractions and water park operations management. Mike's efforts in enhancing guest experiences and customer service culture significantly increased satisfaction scores and revenue. An alumnus of California State University San Marcos, Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and is recognized as a Designated Master Trainer in Learning and Development from the Association of Talent Development.
