Sami Khouli

Sami Khouli is an experienced professional with a background in operations and infrastructure management within the aviation and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at Dubai Airports since September 2008, Sami previously held the position of Director of Infrastructure at Dubai Aerospace Enterprise from August 2006 to September 2008. Early career experience includes a role as OPSD Staff Technologist at Intel Corporation from February 1994 to December 1997. Sami Khouli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Portland State University, completed between 1989 and 1992, as well as educational experience at the University of Alaska Fairbanks from 1992 to 1993.
