Siva Kumar Adavi

Siva Kumar Adavi is an experienced MEP Manager currently overseeing technical management of MEP systems at Dubai Airports since May 2015. Prior to this role, Siva served as an FM Consultant at Khalifa Industrial Zone of Abu Dhabi (KIZAD), where responsibilities included managing FM contractors and setting performance-based contracts from July 2013 to April 2015. From August 2008 to February 2013, Siva held the position of Technical Manager in the FM department at Omniyat Properties, focusing on MEP systems in high-rise projects. Earlier experience includes roles as Transition Manager at Emrill Services LLC, Manager of Projects at ETA MNE, Senior Engineer of Maintenance at Al Amel Maintenance Co., and Assistant Manager of Projects at Batliboi Limited. Siva Kumar Adavi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gulbarga University.
