David Els (Dip-Psych) has held various roles throughout their work experience. David Els started their career as a Business Development Executive at USN SA - Ultimate Sports Nutrition from 2007 to 2010. David Els then worked as a Trade Development Manager at Monster Energy from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they served as a Business Development Specialist at OLM - Ocean Legacy Marine from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as an International Sales Manager at BT Consulting, with a focus on South Africa, Mauritius, and Madagascar. In 2020, they held the position of International Business Development Manager at Media - Marketing - Sales. David Els also worked as a Key Account Manager at Bureau Veritas Group from 2020 to 2022. Most recently, they held the role of International Sales Manager at CHC Navigation | CHCNAV, where they were responsible for Africa. Currently, they are the Chief Executive for South Africa at Dubai Chambers, starting in 2023.

David Els has a Dip-Psych (Diploma in Psychology) and has pursued various educational experiences. In 2004, they attended Cambridge High School. In 2021, they obtained an MPSA (Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services) from GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science). In 2023, they are pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Neuroscience and Neuroimaging from The Johns Hopkins University. David Els also completed a Higher National Diploma in Medical Neuroscience from Duke University. Additionally, they are working towards a Higher National Diploma in Fundamentals of International Business from the University of London. David has completed various certifications such as "The Undercover Economist: The Economics behind Everyday Decisions (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn, and "Develop Your Emotional Intelligence" from Alison. David Els has also completed several other certifications related to business, communication, marketing, and neuroscience from LinkedIn.
