Behnaz Ansari Labaf

Behnaz Ansari Labaf is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic management and business operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Dubai Holding since April 2017, Behnaz leads the Strategy & Value Creation Office, overseeing the strategic management process and ensuring alignment between strategic intent and organizational execution. Previously, as Vice President in the CEO's Office, Behnaz played a key role in translating the CEO's strategy into an effective operating model. Additional experience includes a tenure as Senior Manager in Accenture's Management Consulting division, specializing in the insurance market and large-scale transformations. Behnaz began their career as a Financial Analyst at the Second Swedish National Pension Fund, focusing on European banks. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Industrial and Financial Economics from the University of Gothenburg and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Jönköping University. Additionally, Behnaz serves as a Board Member at D-Marin since December 2023.
