Steph McCarter

Steph McCarter has extensive experience in executive assistance and corporate communications, currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the EGM of Business Development and the EGM of Corporate Affairs at Wesfarmers since November 2021. In addition, Steph has been an Energy Therapist and Corporate Mindfulness and Wellness Facilitator at Whitespace Wellbeing since October 2017, emphasizing the importance of employee wellbeing in corporate environments. Previous roles include website and graphic design at Whitespace Design Co, communications assistance, and various executive assistant positions at South32, Bankwest, Mount Gibson Iron, Broadspectrum, Infigen Energy, Climate Change Capital Ltd, and Cantor Fitzgerald. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Newcastle, completed between 1998 and 2001.
