Luloa Matar

Luloa Matar is currently involved in the Emiratization program within the Human Resources department at Dubai Investments PJSC since December 2022. Prior to this role, Luloa served as an HR Generalist at RAKBANK for over five years, focusing on key areas such as Learning and Development, Reward and Strategy, Onboarding, Emiratization, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition. Luloa holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology (2021-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development (Technology) from the Higher Colleges of Technology (2013-2017). Additionally, Luloa completed a High School Diploma in Art/Art Studies at Princess Haya School (2010-2013).
