Noman Rasheed

Noman Rasheed is a senior executive with over 19 years of experience in the banking and telecommunication sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Dubai Islamic Bank since March 2020, Noman previously held the position of Chief Information Officer and Head of Operations at Noor Bank from November 2017 to March 2020. Noman's extensive experience includes a role as Director and Regional Head of IT and Operations for MENA at Barclays from April 2007 to October 2017, and as a Senior Project Manager at Mashreq Bank from March 1998 to March 2007. Noman is recognized as a visionary leader, known for planning and executing result-oriented strategies and large transformation programs. Noman holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from a US University and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Liverpool.
