Hani Maoued has extensive work experience in the field of media and journalism. hani began their career in 2008 as a TV producer and economic reporter for Orient TV. During their time there, they also worked as a writer and producer for a touristic documentary program. In 2010, they worked as a reporter for the Saudi news channel and as an assignment producer for the Arab news agency ANA. hani also worked as an editor for Sham News Multimedia and as a freelancer reporter for Aleqtisadi magazine. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a reporter for the Institute for War & Peace Reporting (IWPR). In 2013, they directed a film called "Sage" that explored the expulsions and displacements suffered by Syrian Palestinians. hani then joined Orient News as a correspondent, program producer, and television presenter from 2014 to 2020. In 2021, they joined Dubai Media Incorporated as a news reporter. Overall, Hani Maoued has gained a range of skills and experience in journalism, reporting, producing, and directing throughout their career.
Hani Maoued attended AL-Baath University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, with a focus on General Studies.
