Ahmed bin Sulayem

Ahmed Bin Sulayem has a strong work experience in various leadership roles. Ahmed is currently the Chairman of the Kimberley Process, leading the UAE's second chairmanship for the year 2024. During their previous chairmanship in 2016, they successfully led the UAE's involvement in the initiative. Ahmed is also the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre), where they have been working since 2002. Additionally, they served as the Director of HR for DMCC from 2011 until 2019. Ahmed has also held the position of Chairman at the Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange since 2007.

Ahmed Bin Sulayem attended CSUSB from 1998 to 2000 and completed a BA in MGMT.
